NH Primary Source: AFP-New Hampshire to hold ‘Pints and Policy’ event in Manchester
PINTS AND POLICY. If you’re a policy wonk who likes to sip a draft ale or two, Americans for Prosperity is at your service.
The conservative issues group will host a “Pints and Policy” event at Great North Aleworks in Manchester at 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 20. The event is part of AFP’s “Unrig the Economy” campaign, described as a “multiyear, multi-million-dollar effort dedicated to creating a stronger economy by leveling playing field for all.”
“The Export-Import Bank and tax extenders are ingrained in cronyism that tilts the playing field in favor of the well-connected at the expense of everyone else,” said AFP-New Hampshire state director Greg Moore.
“We are working to educate Granite Staters on why these forms of corporate welfare should be eliminated, so everyone has an equal shot at their American dream. Everyone should play by the same rules and our activists are eager to work with anyone to help unrig the economy for every American,” Moore said.
