Acer has launched two new products here in Malaysia today — the Acer TravelMate P6 14 AI laptop and the Acer Vero CB2 series of monitors. Both of these products are said to share one commonality: they’re made especially for professionals.
Acer TravelMate P6 14 AI pricing in Malaysia
For starters, the Acer TravelMate P6 14 AI is offered in three configurations in Malaysia. All of them feature Intel’s Core Ultra Series 2 processors, namely the Intel Core Ultra 5 and Intel Core Ultra. Obviously, the more you pay, the better chipset you get.
You also do get a better display, along with more RAM and storage as you climb up the price ladder. Here are the three configurations with their relative price tags and core specs.

Acer TravelMate P6 14 AI Malaysia: Specs and features
Design-wise, the Acer TravelMate P6 14 AI features a carbon-fibre cover and a body made out of magnesium-aluminium. Being MIL-STD-810H military grade certified, this machine is claimed to be more than durable for typical daily use. Acer also pointed out that this laptop incorporates recycled materials in its build and packaging, making it more environmentally friendly.
Open the lid of the TravelMate P6 14 AI, and you will find a 14″ OLED display laid out in a 16:10 aspect ratio. Depending on the configuration you choose, your display will either output WUXGA (1920×1200) or WQXGA (2880×1800), with the option to upgrade them to touchscreens as well. Battery-wise, this laptop features a 65Wh cell.
Above the display is a 5MP webcam that’s equipped with a privacy shutter. Neighbouring it are IR sensors for facial recognition, providing users with extra privacy. In terms of I/O ports, you get an HDMI 2.1 port, two Type-C ports that also support Thunderbolt 4, two USB3.2 Type-A ports, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The Acer TravelMate P6 14 AI is fitted with a set of Ultra Boost stereo speakers. This is Acer’s latest speaker module that is said to deliver 200% more sound output with 70% less vibration.
Acer has also equipped this laptop with the TravelMate Sense key, which can be used to activate these features:
- Workflow – Customise profiles for various work modes like Meeting, Away, and Work
- Secure Guard – Strengthen security with features like USB Device Filter, Personal Secure Drive, File Secure, and Dynamic Lock
- Checkup – Monitor device health and calibration guides to optimise battery performance and system upkeep
In terms of software, the Acer TravelMate P6 14 AI runs on Windows 11 Pro as standard. Being a Copilot+PC, this laptop comes built in with Microsoft’s ChatGPT-powered Copilot AI suite.
Acer Vero CB2 series monitor Malaysia: Price and specs
Now onto the brand’s latest monitors in Malaysia — the Acer Vero CB2 series. Consisting of a 24″ and 27″ model, which are named the CB242Y G and Vero CB272 G respectively, here are their retail prices in Malaysia:

- Acer Vero CB2 (27″) – RM599
Now, onto their specs. Said to be made for professionals and ideal for long hours of coding, writing, or designing, the Acer Vero CB2 monitors come with Full HD IPS LCD panels and are integrated with Acer’s Vision Care 2.0.
This includes features such as TÜV-certified low blue light panels, BlueLightShield Pro, Flicker-less, and ComfyView technologies to reduce eye fatigue during extended use. In terms of input ports, the Acer Vero CB2 can take VGA, HDMI, and DisplayPort.
As part of its efforts to support sustainable business practices, Acer says it has made the Vero CB2 monitors with 5% post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials and 5% ocean-bound plastic, and has packed them in 100% recyclable materials.
